Reflection of the day. Our thoughts create our own “problems” and struggles. We are clarity that chooses to experience confusion. Many ask, “If we can create anything, why do we create suffering? Why not create heaven on earth right off the bat?” I think it is because we enjoy healing more than being healed. We enjoy cleaning ourselves more than being clean. We enjoy climbing the mountain more than reaching the top. The healing/cleansing process is uplifting. We prefer to move up rather than be up. To go through the process of healing, you need something to heal, a problem to resolve. That’s why we create suffering. We enjoy getting the dirt off more than having it off already. We enjoy removing weight more than being light. That is enlightenment: to lighten up. The objective isn’t for all to permanently be at its lightest, because that is the only eternal reality. The objective is to partake in the grand illusion of being heavy, simply to enjoy the process of enlightenment. Being healed is stagnant, healing is dynamic. We are energy, and energy likes to vibrate and move. It is in our essence to prefer ascending rather than being ascended. We like movement. Consequently, we are God dreaming of being heavy/injured/impure simply to experience the exhilaration of becoming light/healed/cleansed. God falls asleep because his favorite activity is to wake up. And when he wakes up, he looks at the roller coaster of life and thinks: again! At that moment, his eyes start closing, allowing him to get on the ride again.
